The Regulation "On the procedure for storage, sale, issuance, distribution and accounting of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and Precursors" has passed state registration with the Ministry of Justice (registration number 3604 dated 01/27/2025).

The Regulation applies to legal entities engaged in activities related to the trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors on the basis of a license.

The sale (distribution) of narcotic drugs from pharmacies to individuals on the basis of a doctor's prescription is carried out by the following persons:

· ▪Pharmacy manager;

· ▪Pharmacist (pharmacist);

· ▪as a pharmacist's assistant.

Narcotic drugs are issued on the basis of a special pink prescription form.
