    the condition of the possibility of a delay in the delivery of the car due to the suspension of production, which is independent of the manufacturer, is now classified as force majeure;

    The provision on extending the delivery time to 120 days has been canceled if the contract for the same model is re-concluded within one year.;

    the contract includes clearly stated obligations of the seller in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

    The amendments are aimed at ensuring the transparency of contractual relations and protecting consumer rights.
