On June 10, First Deputy Minister of Transport of Uzbekistan Mamanbiy Omarov met with representatives of the delegation. At the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of cooperation in the field of transport, logistics and prospects for its development.
In particular, the issues of creating favorable conditions for national carriers in the process of international cargo transportation by road, establishing fees and charges levied during transportation on a parity basis, and developing international transport corridors were considered.
The existing problems of cargo transportation on the Iranian territory were also discussed with freight forwarding companies of Uzbekistan.
