During the conversation, issues of expanding bilateral cooperation and implementing joint investment projects were discussed.
At the beginning of the conversation, the parties discussed the current state of relations between the two countries in the field of the leather industry. The work done was analyzed, and opinions were exchanged on upcoming tasks.
The Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic proposed to study the experience of Uzbekistan in the development of the leather industry, to implement joint investment projects with the participation of large domestic enterprises in the neighboring country.
The parties also discussed the initiative to establish cooperation in the field of wool processing and collection of leather raw materials. According to the Ambassador, currently the processing of raw leather in Kyrgyzstan is insufficient, so many of them are abandoned.
Following the talks, the parties agreed to create a platform for business tours and negotiations in the leather industry with the participation of entrepreneurs of the two countries.
