During the investigation of this incident, conducted by the representative office of the Agency for Migration in the Russian Federation, the incident occurred at the construction site of Antek LLC, which operates in Moscow. The conflict arose after the foreman fined some workers for non-compliance with safety regulations.
It is noted that there were no Uzbek citizens among the participants in the conflict.
