The event was attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Russia Botirjon Asadov, staff of the Consulate General, representatives of the Uzbek community and the media.
It was noted that according to the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, H. Ibadullayev was awarded for courage and heroism: in an emergency situation, risking his own life, he saved a child by preventing him from falling from the upper floors of an apartment building.
The Ambassador stressed that this award is a symbol of the high moral values, humanity and courage inherent in the Uzbek people.
In turn, Khairullo Ibadullayev expressed gratitude to the country's leadership, noting that his act was a natural human duty.
The participants of the event emphasized that such examples serve as an important guideline for the younger generation.
