As a result of the meeting, unique exhibits from the museum collections of Uzbekistan were identified, which will be presented at the exposition.
Among them: a wall painting of the Afrasiab Ambassadors' Hall, a wall painting from the Red Varakhshi Hall, a charred wooden panel from Kafir Kala and other exhibits related to the Sogdian period.
The Silk Road exhibition will open at the Sainsbury's Exhibition Gallery in September 2024.
