The main purpose of the competition, held in order to further develop the integration of science and production, is to identify and encourage talented designers of shoes, clothing and leather and fur products, to raise the status of the designer profession, to form effective interaction between designers and industrial enterprises.

It is worth noting that this competition has been held among the creative youth of Uzbekistan for several years, but since 2023 it has acquired an international status. 93 applications were received to participate in the competition. Young designers from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Russia presented their creative works.

The judging panel of the competition also had an international composition. Creative works of young people were evaluated by professors, technologists and designers from universities in Greece, Turkey, Romania, Sweden and Uzbekistan.

The competition was held in 7 nominations:

• "The best design of men's shoes";
• "The best design of women's shoes";
• "The best design of children's and teen shoes";
• "The best design of leather goods and accessories";
• "The best design of sporting goods";
• "The best design of men's and women's clothing made of leather;
• "The best fur clothing design".

The authors of the best works who won prizes were awarded with diplomas, statuettes and valuable prizes, and their creative developments were offered for implementation at enterprises of Uzbekistan.
