This year, representatives of 60 countries such as Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Ireland, Jordan, Italy will demonstrate their skills at the forum, which is hosted by the International Hospitality Council with headquarters in London and the International Institute of Hotel Management in Delhi. The UAE, France and others, according to the news agency "Dunyo".

For almost 10 days, the competition will be held in several stages in the cities of Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Goa. In Group F in Goa, representatives of the Uzbek national team will compete with young chefs from England, Seychelles, Singapore, Indonesia, Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Uganda, the Netherlands and Bangladesh. Then the teams will meet in the final of the competition in Kolkata.

The organizers of the Olympiad stressed that the process of change taking place in Uzbekistan in recent years has increased interest in our country all over the world, including in India, and expressed confidence that young Uzbek chefs will demonstrate high skills in competitions with their peers from different countries.
