The resolution introduces the following amendments and additions:
The area of agricultural land remaining with the tenant and transferred to the subtenant must not be less than the size specified in article 461 of the Land Code.;
in case of partial sublease of a land plot, the distribution between the tenant and the sublease is carried out by redistributing individual contours while maintaining the integrity of the contours on the agricultural map and the existing irrigation system.;
In case of partial sublease of a land plot, the parties shall use state services for the division of an agricultural land plot and the establishment of its new boundaries.
