The main objectives of the Decree's adoption are to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities of the republican executive authorities, and to reduce management costs.

The number of managerial staff units of the republican executive authorities, which will be optimized from November 1, 2025, has been approved.

The republican executive authorities will ensure:

reduction of non-core tasks and implementation of digital technologies;

creation of a technical infrastructure for data processing and launching projects based on artificial intelligence, implementation of priority projects in this area in the social sphere and economic sectors;

improving the knowledge and skills of the population on the use of artificial intelligence technologies, developing human resources.
