At the meeting, the Russian side proposed to hold an analog of the event "Russian Retail Week" in Uzbekistan within the framework of the event "Central Asia Retail Week", with the participation of Uzbek manufacturers and exporters. This proposal is based on further building up Uzbekistan's export potential and establishing direct contacts with Russian exporters.

Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Davron Vakhabov supported this proposal, expressing readiness to establish cooperation and create new opportunities for both sides.

Following the meeting, in the second quarter of 2024, a delegation from more than 20 large exporting enterprises of Uzbekistan is planned to visit the Russian Federation in order to develop trade and economic cooperation and exchange experience between the business circles of the two countries.
