Until now, in Tashkent, the norm of 330 liters per day was applied in apartment buildings, in private houses - 389 liters per day. In addition, there were standards for a car of 100 liters, for pets from 8 to 65 liters, as well as for watering the land (sidewalks and vegetable gardens) of 36 liters for every 1 square meter of land in the irrigation season.
According to the new standards - from February 1, 2022 - a single norm of 350 liters per day is applied in apartment and private houses, other standards for cars and pets are excluded. The standard for watering the land (sidewalks and vegetable gardens) has been reduced to 15 liters.
"In general, the new regulations reduce the cost of water consumption, as well as increase the transparency of the calculation system for consumers. Therefore, we ask consumers not to be mistaken - this is not an increase in the tariff," Uzsuvtaminot noted.
So, according to the unified standards and the tariffs for Tashkent effective from January 24, 2021, per month it turns out:
- in apartment buildings for 1 person - 17,033 soums (there were 16,060 soums);
- in private houses for 1 person - 12,242 soums (there were 13,607 soums);
- watering the land (sidewalks and vegetable gardens) for 10 sq. m. m - 3 190 soums (there were 7,680 soums).
According to the unified standards and the tariffs for the Tashkent region effective from January 7, 2021, it turns out per month:
- for users of street speakers for 1 person - 2,243 soums (there were 8,973 sums);
- in apartment buildings for 1 person - 29,276 soums (there were 33,458 soums);
In private houses:
- with sewerage for 1 person - 23,687 soums (there was 36,094 sum);
- without sewerage for 1 person - 15,703 sum (was 17,946 soms);
- watering the land (sidewalks and vegetable gardens) for 10 sq. m. m - 6,730 soums (there were 13,511 soums).
According to the old standards, it was also necessary to pay 4,200 soums for a car, for pets from 168 soums to 1,365 soums, according to the new standards, payment for them is not provided.
“Uzsuvtaminot” once again reminds consumers about the profitability of meters (water meters) when consuming drinking water. In this case, the costs will be reduced at least twice and the payback of the meter will be achieved in 6-12 months.
