The agreement provides for the implementation of components to assist in ensuring access of the population and social facilities of the Republic of Karakalpakstan to clean drinking water, primarily in places where there are difficulties with its provision.

Jointly, measures will be implemented to improve the practical knowledge of the population, teachers and students, employees of medical institutions on issues of rational water use, sanitation and hygiene.
