In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 23, 2022 "On the establishment of additional non-working days during the celebration of official dates and the postponement of weekends in 2023", March 20, 2023 is designated as an additional holiday in schools. It starts on March 20 and continues until March 26 (inclusive).

According to the press service of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, March 18 (Saturday) will be the last school day of the 3rd quarter, and the 4th quarter will begin on March 27.
