Japan to employ 10,000 Uzbek specialists as part of a joint project

As part of an agreement between the Migration Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Japan-China-Asia Medical Educational Cultural Exchange General Incorporated Association (JCAEMCE), a project has been launched to attract 10,000 Uzbek specialists to Japan.

According to the agency's press service, Yapon Mahorat Nuri courses will be opened in Tashkent, Samarkand and Namangan, where participants will study Japanese, prepare for professional exams and master the skills necessary for employment.

In addition, through a special online platform Wide Bridge, which will start operating in June 2025, it will be possible to view vacancies in Japan and contact employers directly.

"Uzbekistan is a country with rapidly growing youth and great potential in the labor market. It is becoming one of Japan's reliable partners in the field of labor migration," said Yukio Hatoyama, former Prime Minister of Japan and head of JCAEMCE.
