The award was established by UNESCO jointly with the Republic of Uzbekistan and is awarded for outstanding scientific, cultural or applied achievements contributing to the formation of ethical approaches in the field of AI.
Three laureates will receive:
· a cash bonus of 30,000 US dollars;
· UNESCO medal and certificate.
The award ceremony will take place in Samarkand as part of the 43rd session of the UNESCO General Conference.
