The 100th anniversary of Tavakkal Kadyrov's birth is included in the UNESCO list of international anniversaries

    UNESCO has officially included the 100th anniversary of Tavakkal Kadyrov's birth in the list of international anniversaries to be celebrated in 2026-2027.

    Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkey and Turkmenistan joined the co-authors of this initiative, prepared by Uzbekistan, according to the Dune news agency.

    Tavakkal Kadyrov is an outstanding representative of Uzbek music and singing art, People's Artist of Uzbekistan.

    The inclusion of Tavakkal Kadyrov's 100th birthday in the aforementioned list is a vivid example of the international community's appreciation of the invaluable contribution of the famous Uzbek performer to the development of music, singing and culture, and thus to the promotion of UNESCO's goals and objectives.

    This decision will also allow organizing various international and local events dedicated to the anniversary in 2026-2027, as well as widely promoting the creative legacy of the great representative of Uzbek music and singing and the unique culture of our people in the international arena.
