In October-November 2024, 112 export-oriented companies received the status of IT Park resident, among which 59 companies with foreign capital from the USA, Canada, Great Britain, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, China, Turkey, Switzerland, Malaysia, Portugal, the Netherlands, Poland.
Among the new 112 resident exporters, 48 companies provide outsourcing services, 41 companies provide IT services (custom software development, technical support, refinement and modification); 19 sell IT products, 4 companies provide services in the creative industry and GameDev.
112 new export-oriented companies plan to create more than 2,500 jobs in the first year of operation, including in the regions.
It is important to note the growing interest in the IT sector of Uzbekistan from European and Asian countries, in particular, Japan, China, Korea, Portugal, Hungary, Switzerland and Malaysia. More and more companies from this region are entering our market to invest in the IT sector and outsource their key processes, thereby increasing the country's exports and providing employment for our fellow citizens.
For example, Portuguese-Hungarian KARAM has already hired Uzbek specialists and is planning further expansion. The company provides services for the development of financial planning and investment projects for foreign countries.
BEUKITCH EV, a Malaysian custom software development company. First of all, the company will provide outsourcing services for the USA and Malaysia.
The Swiss company INVERSON OPERATIONS, which provides IT consulting and information security audit services for informatization facilities, has already opened an office in Uzbekistan. The company plans to provide outsourcing services to the US and Swiss markets and actively hires local specialists with knowledge of English.
The Malaysian company GET-ACADEMY has started work in Uzbekistan. The company offers outsourcing services for customer support, data processing and personnel management, including technical support, payroll.
Canadian UNLOCKWARE IT SERVICES, which provides custom software development services, has opened an office in Uzbekistan. The company plans to export services to Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Canada, and the United States.
Japan's FUJIYAMA LOGISTICS has started hiring local specialists with knowledge of the Japanese language. The company implements the "Inventory Management System" software designed to track the supply chains of goods.
According to the business plans provided, the total planned export volume exceeds $ 70 million in the first year of operation. Export markets include the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Great Britain, Germany, France, Singapore, China, South Korea and others.
