Issues of opening an office of the company in Uzbekistan were discussed with the management of the Malaysian company Canaan Communications

    The delegation of the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the IT Park headed by Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamol Maksudov completed a business visit to Malaysia.

    As part of the trip, a meeting was held with representatives of Canaan Communications. The main purpose of the talks is to discuss the possibilities of cooperation and promotion of Uzbekistan's potential in the international arena.

    Representatives of the Ministry of Digital Technologies and IT Park recently visited the headquarters of Canaan Communications. They met with the company's co-founder Rahul Chalam and Director of Business Operations Vinod Prasad.

    The meeting discussed the possibility of opening an office of Canaan Communications in Uzbekistan and obtaining the status of an IT Park resident for further international expansion of the company. Special attention was paid to tax benefits, such as 0% corporate income tax, and the establishment of a contact center in Uzbekistan under the Zero Risk Program.

    In addition, the delegation of Uzbekistan invited representatives of the Malaysian company to participate in the upcoming Global Business Services Forum, which will be held on July 24 in Tashkent.
