Since the beginning of 2024, 101 companies have lost their IT Park resident status for non-fulfillment of their obligations.

The responsibilities of IT Park residents include:

· to carry out exclusively the types of activities specified in the business plan based on the types of activities according to the List;

· provide information about their activities to the IT Park on a quarterly basis;

· conduct an annual audit of financial and economic activities and send one copy of the audit report to the IT Park;

· fulfillment of obligations arising from the Agreement on the terms of the resident's activity with the IT Park.

Residents who violate the requirements of the Agreement will lose their resident status, and tax benefits will be canceled, with the restoration of obligations to pay them to the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure.
