According to astrophysicists, a large center of activity is forming on the visible side of the Sun, which to a certain extent affects the planet.

"Geomagnetic fluctuations on March 9-10 will be so strong that they will be felt by people who do not belong to the category of meteorolabile," experts said.

Geomagnetic fluctuations of medium intensity are also expected on March 15, 16, 21 and 22. The last magnetic storm of the month is predicted to happen on March 27-28, pressure surges and deterioration of general health are likely.

According to doctors, magnetic storms can have an impact on people with cardiovascular diseases who are predisposed to high or low blood pressure.

Since magnetic storms entail uncontrolled vasoconstriction and dilation, experts identify migraines, headaches, muscle pain, apathy and general weakness among the symptoms of weather dependence.

On such days, doctors advise those who depend on geomagnetic "storms" to stop drinking alcohol, coffee, strong tea and smoking. It is recommended to switch to soothing herbal teas, take long walks in the fresh air and drink vitamins.
