The Center was established in March 2022 under the Beijing Federation of the Disabled and aims to ensure inclusivity and equal opportunities for all. His building "Huiai" is distinguished by its thoughtful barrier-free design, noted at the national level.

The center offers educational programs, including computer literacy courses, language courses and creative workshops. There are also internship programs and consulting services to support vocational rehabilitation, as well as sports and cultural events that promote social integration. Seminars and support groups provide information assistance to families.

As a result of the visit, the delegation stressed the importance of the center's best practices and integration programs that can be applied in Uzbekistan. Active cooperation with various organizations allows the center to develop effective social programs and provide full-fledged support for people with disabilities.
