According to the Decree, now the Zulfiya State Prize is awarded to gifted girls who have achieved special success in the field of information technology.

It was also noted that the Zulfiya State Prize Commission carries out its activities under the Family and Women Committee on a voluntary basis and is headed by the Deputy Prime Minister - Chairman of the Family and Women Committee.

In addition, documents on the applicant's exemplary activities, her special achievements in the fields of education, science, literature, culture, art, sports, information technology and social activities over the past three years (previously this period was 2 years) are submitted for the award, the Ministry of Justice reports.
