According to the amendment to the Code of Administrative Responsibility, responsibility is established for issuing a member of an election commission or a referendum commission to a citizen of a ballot paper (ballot paper) several times or on behalf of other persons.

An addition was also made providing for administrative liability for failure to submit or late submission of an interim or final report to the Central Election Commission on state funds allocated to a political party for participation in elections or provision of deliberately inaccurate information in the report.

The law comes into force from the date of its official publication, according to the Ministry of Justice.
