Israel calls Hezbollah a condition for a cease-fire

    As a condition for the introduction of a ceasefire in southern Lebanon, Israel demands that the Hezbollah movement lay down its arms and withdraw its forces north of the border of the two countries.

    According to the Report, this was reported by the Al Arabiya TV channel, citing diplomatic sources.

    "Israel demands that Hezbollah lay down its arms and withdraw north of the Litani River in exchange for a cease-fire in Lebanon," one of the interlocutors claims.

    Earlier, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) called on residents of several buildings located in the Haret Hreik and Hadas districts in the southern suburbs of Beirut to evacuate urgently.
