According to the Decree, the following will be created:

• Agency for External Labor Migration under the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction (Agency);

The Department for External Labor Migration in the executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers (Department), consisting of 4 staff units;

Also, positions will be introduced:

• Deputy Minister of Employment and Poverty Reduction - Director of the Agency for External Labor Migration;
• attache on labor migration issues in the staffing of diplomatic and consular institutions of Uzbekistan in the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Hungary, Germany, Latvia, Poland and Japan.
