The regulation defines the procedure for awarding the badge "Ijtimoiy himoya fidoyisi".
Proposals for awarding the badge are submitted to the National Agency for Social Protection under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan annually until April 20.
Based on the conclusion of the Commission, an order of the Director of the Agency on awarding this badge is issued annually until May 20.
The badge is solemnly presented to the awarded persons by the Director of the Agency annually on June 1, on the eve of the Agency's Foundation Day.
Persons awarded with a badge are paid a one-time monetary reward in 4 times the amount of the basic calculated amount.
Expenses related to one-time monetary rewards are carried out at the expense of the State Social Protection Fund.
The award of a badge, as an exception, may also be carried out in individual cases on the basis of an order from the Director of the Agency.
