Representatives of the international organization were received by Deputy Minister Sarvarkhon Buzrukhonov.
The Director General of the organization, Salim al-Malik, expressed satisfaction with the increasing activity of Uzbekistan in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and its structures, and also expressed readiness to consider all proposals related to the expansion of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the AYSESCO countries.
The Director General of the organization expressed hope for Uzbekistan's participation in the III Islamic Conference of Ministers of Education, which will be held in Muscat of the Sultanate of Oman on October 2-3, 2024, and invited the leadership of the ministry to participate in it.
The Uzbek side offered to consider the possibility of cooperation with AYSESCO in organizing and holding a Global Forum of Arab scientists of the world, which is scheduled to be held in Tashkent in November 2024.
The CEO of AYSESCO expressed his willingness to cooperate in the organization of this forum and expressed support for the appointment of AYSESCO as an official partner of the forum.
As a result of the dialogue, the possibility of further expanding cooperation between the youth of Uzbekistan and AYSESCO member countries in the field of innovation was considered, in particular, the possibility of organizing a separate international event, including training seminars for authors of startup projects at one of the universities of Uzbekistan.
