According to the Resolution, the following measures will be implemented to support applicants under the new system covering the chain from production to sale of agricultural products:

• allocation of loans to applicants by commercial banks in the framework of the conditions and funds provided for in the presidential decree in the amount of up to 100 million soums for a period of up to 7 years;

At the same time, within the framework of the resolution, it will be allowed to allocate all types of loans based on the guarantee of the Mahalla Seven, which will be equally responsible for the effectiveness of loans;

• allocation of subsidies in the amount of 5 million soums to applicants for the purchase of mini-equipment, seeds and seedlings from the Youth Notebook Fund, loans in the amount of up to 33 million soums from the Fund for Support of Farms, Dehkan Farms and owners of household Lands;
• Through 167 "agro-centers", services for the supply of seeds, seedlings, mineral fertilizers, mini-equipment and agronomists with the involvement of the private sector will be organized locally, processors and exporters will be attached to the purchase of grown products.
