Vitaly Feng was an outstanding statesman, a master of sports and a professional diplomat who devoted his entire life to serving the Motherland. He headed the diplomatic mission of Uzbekistan in Seoul for 25 years and made a huge contribution to the development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea. His long-term activities have left an indelible mark on the strengthening of Uzbek-South Korean ties.
Vitaly Vasilyevich Feng was awarded the orders of "Fidokorona hizmatlari uchun" and "Mehnat Shuhrati", as well as the "Gwanghwa" of South Korea.
