According to the amendments to the Law "On Family Entrepreneurship", family business entities without the formation of a legal entity are granted the right to hire up to five permanent employees with the conclusion of an employment contract with them (previously - up to 3 employees).

Also, a participant of one family enterprise is granted the right to be a participant of another family enterprise at the same time.

According to the amendments to the Customs Code, state and non-state sports and educational organizations have been granted benefits in the form of exemption from customs duties by 50 percent on special sportswear, shoes, sports equipment, equipment and equipment imported for their own needs.

According to the amendments to the "Urban Planning Code", the powers of local executive authorities to make decisions on the construction of urban planning facilities have been terminated.

The law comes into force from the date of official publication, the Ministry of Justice reports.
