The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan (ZRU-1051, dated 03/27/2025) amended the Criminal Code.
Today, on March 18, 2025, the fifth plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis continued its work in Tashkent. It is attended by members of the Senate, the Government, representatives of ministries and departments, deputies of the local Kengash, members of the Youth Parliament at the Senate and media workers.
Based on the law approved by the senators, detainees now undergo a mandatory medical examination in the detention center itself before being placed in a detention center.
The Law "On approval of the Water Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was discussed at the next plenary session of the Senate.
The President signed Law No. ZRU-1047 dated 03/11/2025 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the creation of more favorable conditions for remote participation in court proceedings for the population."
The President signed Law No. ZRU-1043 dated 03/04/2025 "On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Exchange of Credit Information" aimed at further improving relations in the field of lending."
According to the law (No. ZRU-1036 dated 02/24/2025), environmental expertise is carried out in the form of state and public environmental expertise.
The Law "On Amendments and additions to the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the improvement of the road safety system" (No. ZUR 1033 dated 02/20/2025) was adopted.
The Law (No. ZRU-1032 dated 02/20/2025) introduced amendments and additions to the Law "On State Duty".
The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan (No. ZRU-1030 dated 02/13/2025) introduced amendments and additions to the Labor Code.
