On February 28, Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, met with Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Jamshid Khodjaev in a videoconference format.

The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Oleg Korobchenko.

For example, the Chirchik chemical and industrial technopark and the Jizzakh Technopark are already operating in Uzbekistan. Work on the creation and opening of technoparks was carried out with the participation of specialists from Tatarstan (technopolis "Himgrad", special economic zone "Alabuga", etc.). In addition, active work is underway on the project of an industrial park in the Bukhara region - with the participation of the SEZ "Alabuga".

There was also a discussion of current tasks on the project of creating an industrial park in the Navoi region of the Republic of Uzbekistan (KIP "Master" participates in this project), on the further development and filling of the Chirchik and Jizzakh technoparks.
