Transport Minister Ilkhom Makhkamov met with Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development of Iran Saeed Kamal Khodianfar. Issues related to the development of international freight transportation by road were discussed at the meeting.
In particular, the two countries exchanged views on the establishment of fees and charges levied on a parity basis from national carriers, as well as the creation of favorable conditions for border crossing.
During the meeting, the parties reached an agreement on the initial draft of the Roadmap aimed at developing cooperation in all modes of transport.
