On March 11, a part of the fortress walls to the left of Talipoch kala Darvozasi collapsed in Bukhara. This situation was studied by members of the Public Scientific Advisory Council consisting of experts.

As a result of the research in 2003, the "Talipoch kala darvozasi" dating back to the XVI century were restored. Over the years, it has been established that the deposition of cultural layers behind the left wing of the wall around the castle, the formation of cracks in the facing walls and constant precipitation observed in March of this year led to the crumbling and collapse of the wall.

Currently, the Department of Cultural Heritage of the Bukhara region and experts are studying the technical condition of the object and discussing measures for its speedy restoration.
