During the dialogue with the Director of the ILO Bureau for Workers' Affairs, Maria Helena Andre, issues of protecting workers' labor rights and strengthening their social protection were discussed.

At the same time, an exchange of views took place on improving the skills and potential of specialists through the creation of educational programs in cooperation with the ILO.

Due to the active development of entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan, an increase in the share of the private sector and the interest of international brands in the Uzbek market, attention is also focused on the development of the trade union movement in private enterprises.
