The event was attended by representatives of about thirty countries, including Kuwait, Turkey, Hungary, China, South Korea, Qatar and the UAE - a total of about 200 companies.
The first Deputy Chairman of the Tourism Committee, Jamshid Abdusalamov, spoke at the opening ceremony of the international forum.
The forum participants visited industrial enterprises in the Kokand free economic zone and got acquainted with the industrial and handicraft exhibition "Made in Fergana".
At the panel sessions organized at the Urda complex, with the participation of foreign countries and domestic entrepreneurs, a dialogue was held on topics such as industrial cooperation and investment attractiveness, financing of investment projects, and tourist infrastructure. Tourism and investment projects were presented, and negotiations were held in the B2B format.
As a result of the forum, deals and memoranda were signed in such areas as investment, tourism, pharmaceuticals, production of building materials, organization of logistics centers, IT services, electrical engineering and agriculture.
