It is attended by more than 150 participants, including the leadership of the CIS Interstate Statistical Committee, representatives of the CIS Executive Committee, the Director of the UN Statistics Division, the Director of the UNECE Statistical Division, as well as the first heads of statistical departments of almost 20 foreign countries and experts from other international organizations.
The main purpose of the forum is to share international best practices in the widespread use of digital technologies in the field of statistics, modernize statistical processes in the context of digital transformation, and discuss the widespread use of alternative data sources for the formation of official statistics, including large amounts of data and artificial intelligence.
