The event, organized by the Selangor State Administration and the National University of Malaysia, was attended by about a hundred local and foreign enterprises producing halal food and restaurant chains, Dunyo News agency reports.
Within the framework of the fair, together with a local Malaysian travel company, the potential of Uzbekistan's gastronomic tourism is widely represented. Samarkand pilaf, prepared by professional Uzbek chefs, was enthusiastically received by the participants and attracted the attention of local media.
About six thousand participants of the three-day fair had the opportunity to see firsthand the gastronomic potential of our country.
