In particular, this program is shown as part of the program "Salom Baytulloh", which is broadcast during the Hajj period, the Dunyo news agency reports.
In an interview for the program, filmed in collaboration with the RTM creative team, Uzbek Ambassador Karomiddin Gadoev spoke about the special attention that the head of our state pays to preparations for the Hajj season and its holding.
The diplomat noted that the Committee on Religious Affairs, the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Uzbekistan and other relevant structures have carefully developed the entire process - from the departure of each pilgrim to Saudi Arabia to the full performance of the Hajj rites and return to the country.
He said that 15.2 thousand Uzbek citizens are expected to perform the Hajj this year. Flights from 9 cities of the country to the city of Medina are organized for them. Each group of 50 pilgrims has experienced mentors with religious knowledge, as well as medical professionals, to ensure the full performance of the Hajj.
It is noted that after the pilgrims return to their homeland, they are perceived in their mahallas and communities as an example to follow, and also take an active part in the social and spiritual life of society, working closely with local authorities.
