A meeting with a representative of the Polish Foreign Ministry was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan

    On October 9, Dilshod Rasulov, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, met with Marek Tsalka, Deputy Director of the Eastern Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.

    Martin Vakar, Charge d'affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Uzbekistan, also took part in it.

    During the talks, current issues of bilateral trade, economic and investment cooperation were discussed, promising areas for further development of cooperation in priority sectors of the economy were identified. In particular, the spheres of agriculture, oil and gas, energy and logistics were highlighted.

    They were also familiarized with the investment potential of Uzbekistan and a wide range of conditions and opportunities created for foreign investors. The Polish side highly appreciated the business environment created in Uzbekistan in a short period of time.

    Following the talks, the parties expressed their mutual willingness to develop cooperation and agreed to work together within the framework of the discussed issues on the agenda of bilateral cooperation.
