According to the Statistics Agency, among the regions, the largest number of vehicles was registered in Tashkent (624022 cars), as well as in Samarkand (448702 cars) and Tashkent (439660 cars) regions.

These regions account for 37.6% of the total number of cars owned by the population.

As of the beginning of the year (according to the results of technical inspection), the number of passenger cars owned by individuals reached 3,759 thousand, trucks - 240.9 thousand; buses - 6.3 thousand, minibuses - 9.1 thousand, special vehicles - 5.4 thousand units.
