Thus, a legal basis has been created for women to work in the following areas:

management of trucks with a load capacity of more than 2.5 tons;

management of buses with more than 14 passengers.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Transport, as a result of the abolition of old norms, the legal basis for women to work in additional professions and industries has been strengthened. It has also made it possible to ensure gender equality in the transport sector and to involve women in the management of high-capacity buses (electric buses).

It should be noted that the technical characteristics of modern motor vehicles allow women to conduct comfortable and healthy work in these areas.
