In accordance with the Decree, when carrying out passport control of persons by Border Troops, the practice of notifying customs authorities on the following grounds is being introduced:

information available in the information system of the customs authorities about a person's vehicle under customs control;

violation or existing risk of a person violating acts of customs legislation.

Starting from June 1, 2026:

It is possible for business entities to defer or pay customs duties in installments of up to 120 days.;

When using one of the methods of general security for the payment of customs duties, business entities are provided with security in a reduced amount based on the results of the risk management system.

From July 1, 2026, as part of the customs audit:

The "consultant-auditor" principle is being introduced, which provides an opportunity for a business entity whose activities are scheduled to be audited to independently eliminate the shortcomings they have committed, having previously informed about it.;

When determining the Sustainability Rating of business entities, the results of the conducted customs control of the activities of entrepreneurs by the customs authorities are taken into account.
