Badges are awarded to citizens who selflessly work in the field of higher, secondary special and vocational education, who set a special example in raising a healthy and harmonious generation, educating the younger generation in the spirit of love and devotion to the Motherland, making a worthy contribution to the development of the industry.
The award of the badge is made on the basis of the order of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education, which is awarded to the awarded persons on the eve of October 1 - the Day of the Teacher and Mentor, the Ministry of Justice reports.
