In accordance with the changes:
- individuals are allowed to export finished jewelry worth up to 100 million soums outside the customs territory of the republic - without filling out a passenger customs declaration, worth 100 million soums or more - on the basis of a passenger customs declaration (previously it was necessary to declare products over $ 5 thousand);
- refining enterprises and jewelry manufacturers are exempt from the obligation to obtain a license when placing precious metals and raw materials containing precious metals under the customs regime of processing in the customs territory;
- individual entrepreneurs engaged in the manufacture of jewelry are allowed to export jewelry outside the customs territory of the republic for commercial purposes without entering information into the UEISVO with filling out a passenger customs declaration.
