In particular, measures of administrative and criminal liability for illegal turnover of crypto assets and illegal mining activities are coming into force.
In order to avoid liability, the Agency urges citizens to carry out transactions with crypto assets in accordance with the procedure established by law, exclusively through national service providers in the field of turnover of crypto assets, as well as to carry out mining activities within the framework of current legislation.
In addition, it is reported that the Agency will immediately transfer information on all known violations of legislation in the field of turnover of crypto assets to law enforcement agencies in order to bring those responsible to justice in accordance with the procedure established by law.
The Agency recommends strict compliance with the norms of legislation in the field of turnover of crypto assets.
