According to Turkmenportal, medical masks must be worn on the territory of Turkmenistan:

• at checkpoints across the state border of Turkmenistan;
• in all types of public transport;
• in enclosed public spaces.

This mandatory rule applies to all citizens except preschool children.

It is noted that the mitigation of measures is associated with the stabilization of the epidemiological situation in the world and the region.
