In general, there has been an increase in the trends of containerization of transportation in the region, which will positively affect the increase in international trade of all regions of Eurasia.

At the solemn event, the parties noted that the development of the multimodal transport corridor "China - Kyrgyzstan - Uzbekistan - Afghanistan" is of great importance in increasing mutual trade turnover, in expanding the production capacities of enterprises, in strengthening foreign economic relations between the participating countries and ultimately contributes to the implementation of projects for the construction of railway lines "China - Kyrgyzstan - Uzbekistan" and "Uzbekistan - Afghanistan-Pakistan".

As previously reported, the implementation of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway line project is always in the spotlight and its early implementation is a priority for all parties involved, negotiations on the railway construction project are in an active phase and are held on a regular basis.

In July of this year, under the Uzbekistan - Afghanistan-Pakistan project in Islamabad, the parties determined the final route and adopted a Roadmap for joint actions. At the same time, in September, work was completed by the international consultant E&Y (Big for) on the development of presentation material to attract funding.
